Job Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies

  • Assist with month-end close procedures, including journal entries and accruals

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy

  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal management and company owners

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or accounting

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  •  Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting a plus
